Construction, Appellate, and Civil Litigation
Mr. Davis is an experienced attorney focusing his practice on construction law, appellate law, and civil litigation. He has successfully represented clients in arbitration, trial court, and on appeal, including arguing before the Nevada appellate courts. Mr. Davis believes in zealous advocacy for his clients and strives to provide them with effective representation while guiding them through each stage of the legal process. He has successfully recovered millions for his clients.
For his construction clients, Mr. Davis applies his fifteen years of construction management experience in heavy civil and multi-family projects along with his legal expertise to advise clients at all stages of a construction project, with the goal of providing real world solutions to complex legal problems.
Prior to entering into private practice, Mr. Davis clerked for the Honorable Kristina Pickering on the Nevada Supreme Court, and externed for the Honorable James C. Mahan in the United States District Court, the Honorable Elizabeth Gonzalez and the Honorable Kathleen E. Delaney in the Eight Judicial District Courts. He was an articles editor for the Nevada Law Journal, and published Under Construction: The Past, Present, and Future Chapter 40, Nevada’s Construction-Defect Laws, 16 Nev. L.J. 1201 (2016).
Before attending law school, Mr. Davis had a long career in construction management. He began his construction career in heavy civil, specifically working on pipeline, earthworks, freeway, and maritime construction projects. Mr. Davis then transitioned to multi-family projects, and was responsible for the construction of over 1,000 apartment units in the Las Vegas Valley.
In his down time, you can usually find Mr. Davis camping on a mountain that has no cell phone reception.
