Ms. DiMaggio is an experienced trial lawyer who advises clients regarding construction, real estate and general business litigation matters in Nevada and Arizona. She is very candid with her clients so they can make the best business decisions when facing potential litigation and is a strong advocate and negotiator for her clients. Ms. DiMaggio’s clients include local, national and international companies, both private and public.

Ms. DiMaggio represents contractors and subcontractors in breach of contract cases, lien claims, and in matters before the Nevada State Contractors Board. She has also represented design professionals involved in professional negligence matters. Her clients also include property owners in various real estate matters, including evictions. She represents businesses in general commercial litigation, including partnership disputes, dissolutions, contract disputes, and other matters.  She also advises on business transactions, including contract review, asset purchases and sales, and other matters.

In addition to being an accomplished litigator, during Ms. DiMaggio’s career, she has also served as the Chief Compliance Officer for the largest HVAC and plumbing company in the southwest as well as the Director of Legal Operations for a start-up tech property management company.

Ms. DiMaggio participates in the Ask-A-Lawyer program with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and represents abused and neglected children through the Children’s Advocacy Project.
