Justin Jones
Mr. Jones is an experienced trial attorney representing clients in a variety of complex litigation matters. Mr. Jones has successfully advocated on behalf of clients in state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitrations, and mediations and appellate matters before the Nevada Supreme Court. Mr. Jones has represented international gaming companies, national and community banking institutions, and real estate developers in disputes including breaches of contract, securities fraud, employment, mechanic’s liens, and partnership disputes. Mr. Jones has also represented individuals and institutional plaintiffs in many large class action and collective action matters. In addition to providing superior service to his clients, Mr. Jones has been acknowledged by national and local publications as a top attorney in his practice area.
In addition to practicing law for nearly two decades, Mr. Jones is also engaged in public service. Since 2019, he has served on the Clark County Board of Commissioners and previously served in the Nevada State Senate (2012-2014). In addition to his legislative service, Mr. Jones has provided pro bono representation to child victims of domestic abuse and neglect through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Children’s Attorney Project and previously served as pro bono counsel for conservation group Save Red Rock. Mr. Jones has also previously served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Southern Nevada and as Chair of the Volunteer Center of Southern Nevada.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Jones served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roger L. Hunt of the United States District Court, District of Nevada. Mr. Jones is admitted to practice in Nevada, California, and the United States District Courts for the District of Nevada and Southern District of California.
